Rebecca’s Mexican Restaurant & Catering Established January 11, 2016. Rebecca’s offers many favorite Mexican homestyle dishes but is well known for its tender, juicy kid goat “Cabrito”.
Our Parilleros, Grillers, prepare the cabrito, kid goat, with a lot of attention and patience over a low mesquite fire for 2 hours. We serve each piece on a sizzling skillet over a bed of buttery caramelized onions and garnished with a grilled jalapeno. Rebecca’s is a woman owned business where two sisters united with the knowledge taught by their mother Rebecca has been their strength. Rebecca was a successful restaurant owner for over 30 years where her daughters along her side saw the business succeed until her passing and now brought to you Rebecca’s Mexican Restaurant. All the menu was created at one time carefully by recipes that were passed down generations or were Rebecca’s favorites.
